Tips for paying renewal premiums:

1. You can settle premiums by autopay via your bank account at Macau HSBC, LUSO Bank or Bank of China or AXA LUSO Cobrand Card.
2. To set up HKD Bank Account Autopay, please complete and submit Direct Debit Authorisation form. To set up AXA LUSO Co-brand Credit Card Payment Autopay, please complete and submit AXA LUSO Credit Card Payment Authorisation form.
3. All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.

Remarks:

You need to pay the first time premium in advance while autopay is being set up.

Since it takes time to set up autopay, please use other payment methods to pay the deposit for change.
