Tips for paying premiums:

Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.

1. Please mail the crossed cheque to “20 Andar, The Macau Square, Macau-Cashier office” Customers can submit HKD, MOP or USD cheques to pay the premiums of USD policies.
2. All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
3. Policy owner name, policy number and purpose of this payment (e.g.: ‘Premium payment’) should be stated clearly on the back of the cheque.
4. If the payment is made by bank draft or cashier order, please submit it together with the "Transaction Advice" or purchase form issued by the bank.
5. Please submit  "Policy Owner Declaration Form – Corporate* Payment” and supporting documents. (* Only accept company owned by policyowner/insured or holding 50% or above shares with supporting document ( valid for one year))

Remarks:

Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
