Tips for paying premiums:

Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.

1. Please mail the crossed cheque to “20 Andar, The Macau Square, Macau-Cashier office” Customers can submit HKD, MOP or USD cheques to pay the premiums of USD policies. The annual cash payment limit* of each policyowner (include all policies owned) is HKD450,000 ,MOP460,000,USD58,000 or equivalent.
2. All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
3. Policy owner name, policy number and purpose of this payment (e.g.: ‘Premium payment’) should be stated clearly on the back of the cheque.
4. If the payment is made by bank draft and cashier order with the following situations, please pay along with the receipt issued by bank :
   - For payment on each bank draft with more than HKD120,000, MOP123,000, USD 15,000 or equivalent in other currency;
   - For payment (paid via any payment channels) accumulated more than HKD400,000 , MOP412,000, USD50,000 or equivalent in other currency for each policy for the last 365 days. Please properly keep all relevant payment receipts or documents.
5. Please submit  "Policy Owner Declaration Form – Corporate* Payment” and supporting documents. (* Only accept company owned by policyowner/insured or holding 50% or above shares with supporting document ( valid for one year))

Remarks:

Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
